Bill provided me with an estimate within a day of taking a look at the roof and came in at least $4k lower than any other quote I had. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.
