Massachusetts' Leading Wood Restoration and Maintenance Company. We restore weathered, grimy, moldy, splintered decks back to like new condition. Projects are usually completed within two days!
"We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."

"I initially called Will's Property Maintenance & Handyman Services to repair an aging deck. The foundation of the deck was still strong, and Will and his assistants did a wonderful job of replacing the weather damaged boards on the top of the deck, the railings, and the two stair cases. It looks so much better! At no time did Will try to up-sell us. He was very honest in assessing the condition of the deck and doing the needed repairs. It's essentially a brand new deck on the existing foundation. I'd had earlier quotes that were three times higher because they included foundation replacement. Our deck has solid concrete pilings three feet into the ground, so I didn't want these replaced with something potentially less stable. Will was the only contractor willing to work on the upper deck and, again, it looks great! We were happy our deck so we hired them to fix a damaged garage roof and replace our front steps. Excellent work all around, and the contractor is fast and very responsive."
