"John's crew did a great job fixing our drainage issues. Before, there would be standing water in the basement after rain, etc. and mold throughout the home! John designed and implemented a system of french drains, sub-pump, a layer of river rock, etc. He was immediately expert in diagnosing the problem, proposing a solution (reasonable compared to other estimates but far exceed them in terms of his thoroughness), executed on time and on budget, professional and caring thru and thru. We just had days of deep snow, rain storm (which melted the snow) and the basement looks and all the drains/sub pump functioned as John described. "Excellent service in the installation of our sprinkler system.  When you call them they always answer the phone and someone can help you.  Schedule an appointment for an estimate and they showed up on time and provided a reasonable quote.  All intend work was fully explained.  I put a deposit down (with CC which was nice) and scheduled the install.  On the day of the install, they showed p on time and completed the install in a timely manner.  We did have one problem.  During the install, a distribution box on my septic system was hit and destroyed.  Before the work was done, we went over where the septic tank and leech field was but I couldn't pinpoint all components of the septic system.  The installer pointed out the damage (he could have hid it) and I told them I would speak to the owner.  Per the contract, they were not liable because I didn't specifically identify the location of the box, however, were work out a agreement where they will open and close my system for several years to compensate me for a portion of the repair cost of the distribution box.  Through the whole process their entire staff was a pleasure to work with.  The system works great and our lawn is coming in nicely. <br />"
