"Mr. Hall came out on time to assess the situation so he could provide me with an estimate. He is very friendly and a very pleasant man to deal with. He took the time to explain what the problem was with the current flooring and what it should take to stop the squeaking. He gladly answered any questions I had. He explained step by step everything he was going to do and asked if there was anything in particular I wanted or needed in the process. As he told me the project would take two days, I asked if one of the bathrooms could be left functional each night. He said he would ensure that one would be available. Mr. Hall provided his estimate later that night via email. He provided a list of materials needed for the job, He followed up with a phone call a couple days later, asking if I had received the email, and if I had any questions. I accepted his proposal and we arranged a start date. Mr. Hall arrived with one other worker as he said. They worked steadily and thoroughly. I asked a lot of questions and they were happy to explain. Mr. Hall also gladly accepted my input, and provided any particulars that I asked of him. The job was finished after the second day, just as he said in the beginning. The guys removed all trash and old materials. They did a good clean-up after. Mr. Hall made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. The new ceramic tile floors look GREAT, and no more squeaks. I would definitely use "Knot Just Floors" again.."

Gina and Cherie were a blessing to work with and we actually ended up going with some selections they picked, after they knew what our granite and wall colors were going to be. You can tell after just a few minutes of being there that everyone takes pride in their work and boy, does it show. Not just in everyone's knowledge but the craftsmanship is second to none. The work was done on time, under budget (which allowed us to upgrade the backsplash) and everyone who has come to visit has had nothing but compliments.
