"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. We happened upon Richard’s iCornerstone site via Angies. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. Richard also delivered transparency on timelines, and he provided recommendations for all the needed tradespeople that he had historically a close working relationship with; alternatively we could have selected tradespeople of our own choosing. Richard and his process gave us the utmost confidence for proceeding. We proceeded with our renovation under Richard’s guidance and his own crew and the entire process went according to plan with excellent communication, rapport, and confidence at all stages from excavation to final finish work. Transparency, confidence-building, dependability, highly knowledgeable, customer-friendly, and results-oriented are all terms we would use to describe Richard and the iCornerstone process. "MMP inspected the roof and gave us a quote the next day. They did no maintenance work but credited us on the replacement quote. Once we signed and placed a deposit on the new roof, the scheduling was quick (within about 1-1.5 weeks). After confirming our color choice, they dropped off the shingles/supplies on a tuesday and by the end of the next day they were completely done and cleaned up. Found some stray plastic in the back yard but otherwise everything was cleaned up well. Looks great and seemed to hold up well in the recent downpours we had."

"We hired Redman to completely gut our kitchen and dining room and make them one room. All new cabinets, island, windows, floors etc. it was such a smooth process and the finished product looked like it came off a magazine cover. We were so pleased that we hired them again to remove our entire second floor and turn our cape style house into a garrison style. The transformation was incredible. We added a second floor laundry, bathroom, Master bath, guest room/office and attic. I would not only recommend them to anyone needing work I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Excellent. We had a great experience and are more than satisfied with the work they performed. Derek and James remodeled our bathroom several years ago and we were very pleased then and immediately thought to contact them when we had some water damage to part of the exterior on the back room of our house. In addition to replacing the damaged clapboards, there was underlying structural repairs and carpentry/insulation work needed on all the windows. Derek and James responded immediately so we were able to get the work done before more water damage could occur. They do quality work, are attentive to detail, communicate well and clean up their workspace everyday. While here, we also had them repoint the stone foundation of the house to prevent and water leaks/rodent entry. They did a great job on that project, too. Couldn't be more pleased."

"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."

"John is the best! We obtained 3-4 quotes for our full bathroom remodel. Everyone else estimated 6+ weeks to remodel the bathroom - which is our only shower. John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. Since then we have had John's team back on a number of projects: to replace our fireplace mantle and staircase, and repaint our first floor. He also installed new pantry cabinets in our kitchen and new flooring in our basement. John is now our go to guy for all our home repair needs. He's great - can't recommend high enough!"

"I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. The entire process was excellent and the best experience I’ve had with a company doing renovation work in my home. I’d use US ProPaint again and have recommended them to others."
