Since they sent two men, it meant an hour of two people.  I had some additional work done and paid for the extra time.  The biggest task was putting a new light in the living room ceiling: it required drilling holes in the bracket from which the light hangs.  The other work was much smaller, chiefly replacing outlets.  I honestly don't remember all the details.  The did install an extra outlet in my basement and remove wiring from a now-removed hot-water heater.  They were perfectly good and competent, but I'd rather use someone closer to my house: they're at least an hour away. <br />"
