"Outstanding! Artic Air did a great job removing and replacing my central A/C. Susan in the office, Jerry the salesman, Mario and Nick the technicians were professional, polite and friendly. Installation required a lot of additional metal fabrication to connect the new A/C unit to existing furnace. Mario reviewed the new system with us, technicians cleaned up work site before leaving. We would contract with them again, Highly recommend."

They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

Trish at Advanced Professional did a fantastic job of coordinating the crane, the permits, the no parking signs, the police detail, etc. As far as the actual installation, Rabi and his team at Advanced Professional also did a tremendous job executing. I now have a brand new HVAC rooftop system that will hopefully last the next 15 to 20 years. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Professional for any HVAC issue.
