He took his time and listened to what our plans were and helped us figure out the best options. He custom made our cabinets which were beautiful. As I am disabled, consideration was given to the project. Our floor was also replaced and it is now easier for me to get around using my walker. "It was a pleasure to work with DB Design. I wanted to do a kitchen remodel and started calling around and contacting various local remodeling companies. Most of the companies either never contacted me back or laughed when I told them what I wanted to do and what my budget was. DB Design was different. They contacted me back almost immediately and scheduled a day to come out to my house for a free consultation. Doug and Rita came out and spent over an hour with me about what I wanted, some options that could work, and making measurements of the dimensions of the kitchen. I mainly worked with Rita from that point on and she was a great communicator and was prompt and patient with all of the questions that I had. Rita was good at working with my vision of what I wanted in the new kitchen and also gave helpful suggestions when I thought something would work but probably wouldn't have in the long run. She got in touch with contractors that were fantastic and got the job done in a timely manner. Overall it was a wonderful experience and DB Design really took a lot of pressure off because I knew how much they cared about making me happy in this major renovation of my house. I would highly recommend them!"

"My experience with Champion Kitchens was wonderful. The initial in-home estimate went well, Steve was on time and very thorough. Following that I met with John in the office to go over materials and prospective layout. I found the computer model very helpful in visualizing what the final outcome would be and I appreciated John's knowledgeable input. Throughout the process they were respectful of what I wanted for my kitchen. When it came time for the work to be completed I was impressed at the efficiency of their crews. They kept a regular schedule and I felt that the project was in good hands the whole time. Their plumber discovered a cracked return pipe when they got into the wall and floor, which added a little bit to the price, but they communicated this information to me as soon as it was discovered, and to be honest I had been bracing for such a thing given the age of my house. The plumber had a plaster guy come out on a Saturday to patch up the large hole that resulted as he informed me it was a little beyond his skill set. I appreciated his honesty and the final result looks great. I had my own floor contractor come in as I wanted a cork floor, which was something their go-to flooring company did not do. Again they were very respectful of my choice and took care to protect my new floor as they completed the remainder of their work. It took a little while to get the counters in as they had to be created to fit my somewhat wavy existing walls, but it was worth the wait. They're just laminate but they look great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company."

"From the beginning of our kitchen reno project Carmen was very responsive and patient as we made our way through determining the right contractor, and we are so glad that we made the choice to work with BNQ. Carmen was able to help us to transform our galley kitchen circa 1950/1960s into a beautiful modern kitchen with great functionality. We can actually have more than one person cooking dinner or even just in the kitchen while someone else is cooking! Throughout the entire project if there were any changes to the plan that need to be made, or questions Carmen was extremely responsive and always came to us before pursuing a different plan of action in the renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness throughout the entire renovation. At the end of every day the construction area was swept and all tools/supplies where put away or organized within the work space. We decided after the kitchen was done to extend our tile into the entry of the home from the kitchen. Carmen not only was extremely flexible to get it done quickly, but also stood by the work of BNQ to the point of offering to redo the tile in entry because he personally was not satisfied with the outcome. For us this speaks to his commitment to professionalism and quality of work, because of that we would have no hesitation in hiring BNQ to do additional projects in the future or in recommending him to friends and family."
