The quality of the work was superb, and Tim was a great creative help as well -- he has a very good eye for design, and suggested many elements of the work that made it far nicer than we originally envisioned. Rick is also very good at creative design. I also want to mention that the entire team was excellent at problem solving -- nothing ever goes exactly as planned; there are always surprises, but nothing fazed these guys, or even slowed them down. "Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient.
