"We engaged the services of TJ Kustumz Construction for a major and long overdue renovation of the complete interior of the main floor of our home. Owner Tim Goerl and his crew provided exceptional, diligent and timely service. They efficiently remodeled our living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tim's strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors enabled the availability of the highest quality materials at very reasonable and affordable prices. The duration of the project was lengthy due to its scope and our requests. Tim and his crew worked long and hard every day. They were always very friendly, informative and considerate of our preferences and suggestions. Tim communicated with us on a daily basis. Not only did Tim and his crew provide excellent service, they are also great people that we have become very proud and happy to know. They are consummate professionals and remarkable people. We now have nine newly renovated beautiful rooms in our home. Our home looks and feels much better than ever. I would highly recommend TJ Kustumz Construction to anybody and everybody, commercial or residential, projects large or small. Thanks again to Tim, Bob, Rick, Stephanie and Bruce for your awesome and unprecedented reliability, commitment, professionalism and determination."

"It went very well after some weather-related delays ( very rainy spring). The crew was very professional with high level of craftsmanship. They cleaned up after each round of work. We are very pleased with the finished product. The price was higher than we originally expected but they did a great job."

"Luiz has done multiple tile jobs for me. He is dependable and honest and prices are fair. Does excellent work. My floor is beautiful. I highly recommend Sky Wood and Tile Flooring."

"Doug was affable and punctual and gave us a reasonable estimate for the job. Unfortunately, we saw very little of him after that: his workers (also very friendly and punctual) openly admitted to us that they had very little idea about the project they were working on, that not much had been explained to them. It was difficult to communicate with Doug about design/issues that came up since that communication almost never happed in person, only via text, and it became clear that the project was not clearly thought out before being initiated (by us or by Doug, although we would have hoped that as the professional, he would have foreseen some of the issues that arose). Ultimately, we asked him to stop working on the project without its being completed after his team drilled into the basement concrete without covering vents or warning us to do so (he later told us he thought he would have been "smart enough" to foresee the preparation needed for him to install a drain in the basement), resulting in a thick layer of concrete dust covering all of our possessions throughout our whole home, necessitating hours of cleaning on our part. Since then, having found other non-Angie's List contractors to complete the unfinished work, every single one of them have offered harsh critiques Furko Construction's planning and execution, which is of course very frustrating for us to hear. My real critique though is not of Furko Construction, but of Angie's List: multiple times now we have employed a top rated contractor from Angie's List and that contractor has been (although all very friendly and prompt with estimates) a mistake. The contractors who have done good work for us have warned that Angie's List is deceptive in its ratings/reviews and that businesses can pay for the standing they have, corrupting the idea that good work leads to a good rating or prominent placement. I'm not sure what merit there is to this idea, but we will not be using Angie's List again after this experience. Furko Construction means well, but ultimately does not plan well, follow through, or take responsibility for mistakes."

"Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. The end result is that the room is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Nate and his team to anyone - you won't be sorry."

"A&J Contracting was extremely efficient and accommodating. Anthony came out after hours due to my schedule. He explained how to maintain the lines to ensure there wouldn't be any freezing issues. This company was great to work with and I will recommend him to everyone I know. I look forward to working with Anthony's firm on future projects."

"Would highly recommend Steel Roots Construction. Justin was on-time with his quote and getting the work done in a very efficient manner. The interior paint job was done cleanly and looks beautiful. Will definitely be using their services in the future."

"They were very good. Got my stuff and cleaned it up. I was very happy with their service."

"We recently had Dwell Construction complete a full renovation of multiple rooms in our building, and we are extremely pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and detailed-oriented. Every stage of the process was handled with expertise and care. The workmanship is top-tier, and everything was completed on schedule. One of the things that set this team apart was their clear communication and commitment to minimizing disruption to our day to day operations. They kept the site clean and safe, and regularly provided updates. Our clients and employees continue to comment on how welcoming and professional our space is. This renovation has not only improved the look of our business but also enhanced our workflow and morale. I highly recommend Dwell Construction to any business looking for a trustworthy, hardworking and highly skilled renovation team."
