"We have been putting off replacing our 20 year old water heater. I contacted Jim @ Shore Thing Plumbing sent him a couple of photos of our current water heater. He called me back in just a little bit of time with the price to replace it, he put us on his schedule for 8:30 AM. That morning Jim pulled into our driveway at 8:30 ready to get the job done. There were no multiple trips to a supply house for parts or supplies. He was very attentive to our property and made prompt cleanup of spilled water and cleaned up as he went ago. He made fast work of replacing the heater he then removed the old water heater and all materials that he removed to place the new one in. Jim is very knowledgeable of the plumbing trade as he is a master plumber. Please if you need plumbing repairs give Jim a call at Shore Thing Plumbing great service on time and priced right."

"They did great work. Were done in under 3 hours and they cleaned up very nicely. Installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use for future projects."

"Our tankless hot water heater didn’t always provide hot water to the second floor of our house. Austin diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also made suggestions to improve our gas system that we are considering as a future project."

"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

"We are in a very rural area and finding providers on Angies list is difficult here. We had some plumbing problems about 2 years ago and called a popular plumbing company, they are prevalent in this area. They "fixed" a list of items. One of the items was a broken spigot outside. A year later we had to call them back to fix the same spigot. They did a cheap patch up job instead of doing the job right. They charged us again for something they should've done right the first time. Now, less than a year later we had the same problem and we figured we'd take our chances with somebody else. I think we found precision plumbing in the phone book but we were very lucky this time. Jeff Matthews was very prompt, called and kept us informed of when he would be coming and also kept us informed of the cost for everything before he began the work. He explained what needed to be done which was more involved than a broken spigot and said it is something that other plumbers will often do a quick patch job on. He was very well prepared and had all the parts needed on his truck. While he was under the house doing the repairs he noticed that our dryer vent had come off and he re-attached it. I should also mention that it was over 100 degrees that day. He was very professional and I will recommend him to anyone."

"Simply put...Jim is an outstanding plumber who does excellent work. He is a master plumber and master pipe fitter with years of experience; who also stays current on new products and techniques. Jim took the time to explain every facet of the process and tolerated my endless questions inquiring as to how I could complete some of the smaller projects in the future. The work was done professionally, completed quickly, and Jim resolved a drain issue that could not be addressed by another plumber. He took extra steps to cover our flooring and safeguard other property from damage. The work sites were also left very clean. Jim will be used exclusively in the future for all of my plumbing and related projects. Thanks for an OUTSTANDING job!"

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Corey did a great job. Showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Replaced all water supply lines and installed a Thermal Expansion tank on my water heater. I would absolutely recommend him."

"Resolved our hot water problem same day . Service person Chris was professional."
