"I selected Elvis Construction out of three companies that I met with and provided quotes. Freddy's quote was very good and he pointed out issues with my steps that surprised me. Most of the problems Freddy pointed out where relatively small compared to the entire job. I was surprise to hear, 'don't worry, I will take care of that at no charge'. When they started the work, they found a previous mason, years ago, did at bad job. Frankly, I thought 'oh boy', here comes the big bucks. I was so glad to hear the cost of the additional work. Freddy is extremely fair, a very hard worked and his work is first class."

"Very prompt response to my request for an estimate. Was able to accommodate my small window for project completion. Arrived on time, completed prep and expeditiously completed the project despite having to tolerate my overly generously heated apartment. The quality of the work and clean up was good. Having, over 50 years, supervised a maintenance crew and painting projects both work and personal, I’ve never experienced an absolutely perfect paint job. Would I hire Julio again, absolutely."
