"Neil and his team recently replaced six windows at my house. Two in my study and four in my basement.  He also replaced an inner door and door jam and outer storm door for the side entrance. I have had Barrier replace 14 windows, two storm doors and one entry door over the years. I have always been satisfied. Barrier installations have always been first class. Neil has always been on sight during installations for quality control. There has never been a problem with any of the windows or doors Barrier has installed. I will use them again. In the case of the latest door installed; due to the rains that came last week, the installation had to be pushed back. I understood. I said I could wait for a couple of weeks if I had to. Neil made sure I got the door installed last Saturday when the weather broke for a day. I really appreciated his desire to keep this customer happy.

"We purchased our home in June 2013 and 6 windows need to be replaced, we contacted many companies, but after some appointments, checking on Angie's list and referrals we decided to go with Faerber's Bee Window. From the time that the sales representative  met with us to now, 2 years later we had an overall great experience.
At our meeting the sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. What was great since we had some bad experiences with other companies we talked to. He was very friendly and to the point,  and very respectful of our time.
Once the windows were ready to be installed, the installers were very nice, knowledgeable and did an amazing job on making sure that everything was clean and in better shape than before. Unfortunately one of the big windows was damaged during shipping and they had to come back to install the final window at a later time. but we had no issues, since they called us ahead of time to let us know what had happened and another one had a glass defect and they replaced with no problems at all. (it is a huge picture window and that was a "wave" on the glass)
A few months later, during the winter, we had an issue with frost inside the window. It was a very cold and snowy winter, very atypical for us. When I called and left them a message, one of the  owners called me on a Saturday. I texted her the pictures and come to find out there was more to do with my house humidifier than the windows, it hasn't happened since. She was very courteous, friendly and professional.
It has been over 2 years now, and the windows, look and work great! Great quality windows.
I would recommend them to everyone. I know we had a couple issues, but every company will have that once in a while. What stood out to me, was their customer service, promptness and over all great customer service and willingness to help; even when the issue had nothing to do with the window.
