Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. "It was great. Royal Roofing came in with the low quote of three that I got. We have a big roof with multiple ridges and hips. We also have a large chimney and two skylights. We have had two major thunderstorms since then and no leaks. Also, we had solar panels on the roof that were taken off for there job to be done. When the panels were put back up one of the workers asked who did the roof because he was so impressed with the job that they did."

Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before.
