"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. We did the work in 2 stages from the street to the house then a month later all ins plumbing replaced with copper pipe. First thing noticed was how much more water pressure which was welcome. Both parts done in one day flat. The inside crew vacuumed and washed the floor when done. No dust or foot prints left behind. In today’s world you just don’t see quality work like this.
