Jeremy, the plumber, called ahead to let us know he was 15 minutes out and arrived exactly on time with his helper, Bailey. They introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got to work inspecting the area. They brought in a ladder and a camera and did a thorough inspection, and they identified the issue, we had a badly leaking old dishwasher.
