"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

I have a older home that still had the original vents. Gerado inspected each and only advised repair/replacements for vents where the leak was occurring. "We used this company to replace our gutters and downspouts, and install gutter guards. Happy with the process from start to finish. Came out and gave a quote and explained the work and options thoroughly. Used quality materials. After job was complete, they came back and made adjustments where needed. downgrading to 4 stars after 6 months: We continue to find jagged metal clippings around the house where they obviously threw it to the ground as they worked. We also discovered that EVERY SINGLE gutter was 100% clogged and full of water. We were very fortunate the gutters were not pulled from house with the weight of the water. Not only is debris getting into the gutter guards, but the holes they cut to connect the downspout were very small (some less than 2 inches in diameter), but they also weren't fully cut open (metal just clipped open and hanging at a 45 degree angle) so any small debris in gutter would easily catch and clog. We had to take off the gutter guards, unclog the gutters, and cut open the drain holes. Still happy with our gutters -- I would recommend watching for these details."
