"Crew arrived on site on time, with boss, who set the strategy for the mechanics. Team arrived with all tools and materials, and worked a good eight hours, with one short break at lunch time. Cleanup was meticulous. Although I did not get up on the roof, my telephoto pictures showed good details of the steps carried out, and the result looks much better than before. The crew described incorrect fitting of the old flashings they removed in favor of the new work. (Per agreement, contractor used my shingles, left over from previous roofing job.)"
