I had a lot of standing water at the bottom of the unit which became smelly after a day or two. He showed me the issue and gave me alternatives. We discussed all options. I decided to go the cheapest route for now and will consider other option if the issue persists. His prices are fair and competitive. Jerod is my appliance repairman. "I called about mid day and was told Mark would call between 5 and 7 which he did. Said he had me scheduled between 12 and 2 the next day (two days before Christmas, I had feared a longer wait.) He called about 1 PM and said he was delayed but expected to be there around 3 which he was. He had guided me on the phone where to find the model number and from my description of th noise we were hearing he had correctly assessed the problem and brought the correct replacement kit.
