He gave me an estimate for the first part of the work which was installing footers and a support beam under the house and painting the front gable and I told him to start work. He called his team and they soon arrived and started to work. I was impressed with their work and as they finished I asked for an estimate to replace the fence. The price seemed fair so I told them to go ahead. As their work progressed I added additional work.
