"Let me first start by saying that if you are here because you are searching for a good window tint firm, your search stops here! <br /> I called at least 4 places to get an idea of cost, wait time, etc...I called Absolute and the phone was answered by Becky, and after the first 10 seconds, I knew I was going to be a customer. Dynamite friendly woman who was patient with my questions and answered them truthfully and courteously. Many of the other shops (many A rated) rushed me off the phone and weren't especially phone friendly. <br /> They were able to take me within an hour so I ran over there, met Becky, and she explained the variety of window films and how they differed. I made the choice with no pressure, no hassle and no drama. They took my car and I had it back in 90 minutes, exactly what Becky told me. The car looks PERFECT! You should know that this is no ordinary shop. These are serious business people, who offer SO much more than just window tint for your car. I was given a tour of their facility, and they are an impressive top tier graphics, graphics design, vehicle wrap and media company as well. I was actually amazed at their work and their capabilities. <br /> I know this sounds like a paid advertisement but I promise you I am a verified Angie's List member and just a very, VERY satisfied customer! "In November 2015 we had water leaking into our car and needed to find out if it was coming from the windshield. Superior Windshield Repair tested and confirmed that the windshield molding was the problem. We talked with the owner Ken about replacing it and although he cautioned us that there was a chance that the windshield might break when removed, he would do what he could to try to save it. Thankfully he was able to remove the windshield without breaking it, install correct OEM molding, and re-install the windshield, which saved us lots of money. We wanted to wait on providing a review to see how things would last and we're happy to report that to this date, the windshield molding has not leaked. Ken is professional and honest and we would definitely recommend this company to other people."

The owner arrived on time and fully explained the product, warranty and the cost. We were able to select lighter shading for morning sun windows and heavier shading for afternoon sun windows. He gave us a written estimate for the 3M product. The owner arrived on time on the installation date and did a great job. He cleaned up after the work. Solar-Tek contacted 3M for the warranty. 3M mailed us the written warranty within a few weeks. We are very pleased with the tinting on the windows and skylight and highly recommend Solar-Tek."
