Back in the late winter I had snow blowing down from my skylight into the top floor of the house.   WBR (Matt Cisna) came out while I was on a work trip and inspected and had his workers caulk things up.      In reality I could have limped along with my roof as it was for a little longer however I asked matt to give me a full estimate for replacement of the roof collars and skylight.    I felt the price was more than reasonable and the company reviews seemed consistent and I felt that I had found a good company. 

The team showed up this last Saturday to install the roof and did a very thorough job.   Everyone who showed up to put my roof on was professional and they did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end.      I am very pleased with the results.   I always get nervous when making such a significant repair and my mind was put at ease from the beginning.

A small job became large due to no fault of Timothy and his crew.  Timothy was in touch prior to the start of the work and every day during the project.  His team consisted of different people with areas of expertise.  The size of the crew was appropriate to work involved.  The deck installation had not originally been planned.  Even so, Timothy was able to get the personnel and equipment immediately and all of the work was done within the week as planned.

The team was professional and polite.  They cleaned up every day.  I live in a townhouse development and they were very respectful not only of my property, but of that belonging to my neighbors.

I called his company to give me an estimate on replacing a front portico and after receiving his estimate and a couple more I realized I needed to put some more money aside. While he was there I asked if he could replaced my 32 year old deck boards and stairs.

I got an estimate for the deck which was more than reasonable and signed the contract.  Within two weeks his crew was at my house and finished the job in one day.  I asked if they could stain the deck and railings and he said it would be no problem. A couple of weeks later my deck was stained and again it was done in a day.  The deck staining was $560 extra but the old deck looks like new.
