They regrouted two bathroom floors and spa tub decks. Workmanship was good, but there was a haze that remained on some of the tiles that was extremely difficult to remove later. The workers advised that this could happen but it was much worse than stated."

"Due to an error, our 1st service appointment was cancelled and we had to re-schedule the date. They were booked solid so we had to wait 3 weeks for the re-schedule date. However, we can't complain about the work which was done in 2 visits (grout removal & re-grout on day 1 /grout sealing & caulking on day 2) . Nick P. was timely, efficient and explained the process and follow-up care. The grout removal was done by hand to minimize damage to existing tiles. He cleaned up the bath floor and surrounding areas so there was no grout debris from the process. The finished job looks great and the price seemed fair for the work done. We would hire Diamond Grout again ."
