"I have used Dillons in the past just for my house and they did an amazing job they kept in contact with me they use low pressure so it pushed my job Al a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. They did and amazing job. I had a company I used before them that said they use low pressure all they did was turn the air pressure down and it was still high pressure they loosened an area of my siding up and I got water in my windows as well As the detergent they were using. I've only seen low-pressure used once by Dillons and they soap your house up with a stream of water and detergent and rinse not only does it take away the algae and mildew it also kills It . I will never use another company other than Dillons powerwashing again my home was clean and it was Green on all four sides I waited too long but I will get it done every year from this point on. I was told by Jason if I do it every year my price will remain the same and I will get a free waxing for my home if I wait and do it every other year the price will remain the same I'll just have to pay for the wax. They were very professional and very thorough if you're looking to have your house cleaned and cleaned right this is the company you want to go with. I had to wait a little longer due to the Highwinds because they use a stream of water they don't use ladders or machines that tear up your yard they do everything from the ground And it was well worth the wait. "When I called Georges about doing the job, they gave me a quote over the phone. I thought that was great as I wouldn't have to schedule something, the quote they gave me was just in my budget so I accepted. But, once George came out to power wash, the price went up. The quote did not include sanding, or the two tone paint that I had sent in a picture when the quote was given. The two tone paint was way above my budget and not a necessity, so I had to give that up which is upsetting. The sanding had to get done, so I was stuck with that added cost, as he had already powerwashed.. I called to talk to them about it, they gave me a lower price, but it was still above my budget. My recommendation would be to not do a quote over the phone and have them come out and tell you what ALL costs are, and get a written estimate with what is included with the service. The painting/stain was done about 2 weeks after the powerwashing, the crew was on time, professional and the person in charge was very nice and showed me some issues I might have in the future as the deck is pretty old."
