"We hired Mike to install a new floor and paint our newly purchased condo. He was very helpful - he took us to the flooring supplier to pick out the floor and was helpful in selecting the paint colors. He also made other suggestions and did other small things which enhanced the final product. His work was top notch and has garnered many compliments. We feel fortunate to have hired him, we don't think anyone could have done a better job. He kept us informed as the project progressed and the cost was very reasonable.
