"This is the 2nd time we have used Capital Mechanical for a major project. An emergency arose because the main sewer pipe between the basement and 2nd floor had deteriorated to the point where a disconcerting amount of water was pouring through the basement ceiling; naturally near and above the new water less tank system. After the 1st and 2nd bathroom plumbing was exposed, Arber accessed the situation behind the walls and made us aware of the scope of the project. After generating a timely quote, he replaced the sewer pipe between basement and 2nd floor, replaced old bathroom plumbing and installed the bathtubs, sinks and toilets. He coordinated his schedule well with the contractor who demolished and rebuilt the bathrooms. During the bathroom renovation, he also quickly addressed a potential basement flood due to sewer blockage.
