Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in White Plains, NY

"When we realized our water heater was leaking, Aldo's was fast both to respond to the inquiry and to get us a replacement; within 36 hours, we were back to having hot water with a new tankless setup. Pricing was within the range we expected and the team was very communicative; I'd hire Aldo's plumbing again!"

"Bob and Tom are great contractors. They not only did an awesome job replacing my water heater, they also identified issues in my chimney while they were connecting the vent pipe for the water heater. I will hire them again for separate HVAC projects."

"My old boiler was 53 years old! On its last legs. I got In town plumbings number from a neighbor who had her boiler installed by them. I called and the next day Guy was in my home assessing my situation. The next day I had a reasonable quote and the next week he was ordering my new boiler. He installed a new boiler and water tank in a day and a half! With his two employeesâ ¦.Frank and Carl. All these guys are amazing. Full disclosure I am a pain in the behind retired police officer. I ask all the silly questions. And Guy answered them all. This experience with our new boiler could not have gone better. I could go on and on. I highly recommend them for any plumbing situation."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Wilson Plumbing and Heating replaced my kitchen faucet and 2 valves perfectly without any issue. They are so professional and knowledgeable and efficiency too. I highly recommended Wilson Plumbing and Heating."

"Extremely responsive, courteous, performed work safely, using appropriate ladders during work, continuously keeping work area clean. Repaired leaky 2nd floor tub, installed new piping, caulked around tub, tested plumbing repairs for addl leaks, capable of 1st floor ceiling repairs after plumbing was replaced. Addl work performed - cleaned grease traps snd jet cleaned piping from house to sewer. Completed work on time, explained billing, explained follow up work. I will be hiring them again."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"This is the 2nd time we have used Capital Mechanical for a major project. An emergency arose because the main sewer pipe between the basement and 2nd floor had deteriorated to the point where a disconcerting amount of water was pouring through the basement ceiling; naturally near and above the new water less tank system. We immediately called Capital Mechanical given our previous experience with them. After the 1st and 2nd bathroom plumbing was exposed, Arber accessed the situation behind the walls and made us aware of the scope of the project. After generating a timely quote, he replaced the sewer pipe between basement and 2nd floor, replaced old bathroom plumbing and installed the bathtubs, sinks and toilets. He coordinated his schedule well with the contractor who demolished and rebuilt the bathrooms. During the bathroom renovation, he also quickly addressed a potential basement flood due to sewer blockage. Even for those who don't know anything about plumbing, we appreciated the expertise and neatness of the work done by Arber and his team. Highly recommended and would use again."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."
