I would highly recommend him. He did a beautiful job. In addition, it may have been my best experience with a contractor. His attention to detail was impressive. He wants beyond just laying down the floor or even what was included in the contract because he wanted it done well, including level parts of the floor, finding a leak, adding trim, and reinforcing the stairs. He was super clean. He sectioned off the area with plastic sheeting and vacuumed constantly and move the furniture back. The work ethic was incredible. He was there early and stayed late so he could stay on schedule. He always had a pleasant attitude despite the work and the heat (it was during the heat waves in July). Truly exceptional."
