"My Kohler bathroom faucet leaked and I ordered a repair part from the manufacturer (free replacement!). However, I was not able to remove the old stem cartridge to replace it with the new one. I used the $99 coupon offered by Tim and it was money well spent. He completed the repair quickly and effectively and then offered to fix any other problem I might have since this job took less than an hour. I found him to be knowledgeable, skillful, friendly and trustworthy. I will use his services again and will highly recommend him to others."
