Cleaned up after themselves, including power washing the dirt off my driveway and sidewalk. Their prices were more than fair, and they responded quickly to my questions. "At first, I was happy with the customer service, very responsive, Great price for job and scheduling was not too bad. The total project took about 3-4 days due to some weather issues and machinery problems. I was expecting more of a 2-3 day turn around. That did not bother me as much as the random holes that popped up after the concrete started to dry. Owner stated that it was due to the delay pack they threw in the concrete to slow down the drying stage so they could pour and shape the area since it was so large. I get that and have heard of this process but when the holes started to show they are the size of quarters and have a rust brown stain around the edge of the hole. I called to get it fixed - waited about two weeks for repair and was told it would look brand new- the holes are still very visible with the rust stain around it and the resin used to fill the holes are a different shade color than the concrete. We are very disappointed since we spent so much money on this project not even to be able to enjoy it for one day of it being perfect. On a positive note- if you want to use this company for landscaping needs I think you are fine. The mulch and replanted grass seed that was placed around the project are beautiful."
