Determined that the problem was with the magnetron. Quoted a price for replacement, which would have given us credit for the cost of the diagnostic visit. We opted against repair as the unit was old and likely had other pending problems. Technician also did quick inspection of refrigerator and dishwasher and was willing to examine other appliances as well as part of the same service. Highly recommended. <br />"
