"He was great. Go straight to the job and helped with another project. Great person and handyman"

"Alex arrived when he said, on a late Saturday afternoon. He needed to cut down the post, he installed the mailbox. Cleaned the area, took the old mailbox. PERFECT. Professional, knowledgeable, kind and would hire again for all my handyman jobs."

"Fred did an excellent job replacing a broken sump pump. Communication throughout the whole project was timely and accurate. We’ll be using him for more projects in the future."

"Tony when he gave the estimate which he didn't put in writing and I forgot to ask for it changed the price when I told him, he agreed to paint the wood around the windows. He did a good job but if I hire him again I want everything in writing so there is no way he can ask for more money."

Hi, my name is Andrey, and I own Instant Home Improvements. I've had my company for two years, but I have seven years of experience in construction. I've worked mostly in northeastern New Jersey. I'm based in Sussex County, but I can travel to the surrounding counties. I have experience remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring, but my distinguishing skill is my knowledge of drywall installation and spackle application. I do most of the work inside homes. I always strive to ensure the client is happy with the finished project. I enjoy seeing the before and after of a home renovation and knowing that I did everything possible to make it turn out well.\n

"Jim was very patient and heard our requirements very closely. He made sure work is done right and of highest standards. I have requested Jim to come again for some other work. Would recommend Jim for any kind of Handyman work."

"Our finished basement flooded due to tropical storm Isaias. The wall-to-wall rugs and padding were completely soaked. Both John Barnes and his employees handled the job quickly and professionally. They moved the furniture, cut and removed all the rugs and padding, vacuumed up the water, and left three blowers throughout the basement to dry out the floor. The job was difficult and tedious yet they took the time to explain the project as they worked. Office communication was optimal and they were punctual and courteous. We highly recommend Precision Renovation and HandyMan Service and would hire this company again."

"Todd did a fabulous job. He arrived on time and was very informative as to how the job should be done. He worked until the job was finished even though the heat was unbearable. Had really good suggestions about ways to save money on our project. Very neat and professional. I keep his number on the fridge to give to friends and neighbors. I would definitely hire him for any home repair or painting project."

"Great service. Dave was on time, very easy to work with and did high quality work on multiple handyman projects we put off forever."
