"I was given a day and time they were coming, and then got two different calls that he was being delayed. He fixed part of the problem, but needed to order parts to finish the project. Two weeks later, I had to call them to see what was going on, I was told she would have to check the warehouse to see if the parts had arrived . Three hours later she called back and said they were there. We set up an appointment for tomorrow between 10am and noon. The gentleman was nice , so we will see what happens tomorrow . Would I get them again? I do not know."

"The Technician that came was extremely inexperienced and could not fix our dishwasher. He misdiagnosed three time what was wrong with our dishwasher. It has been three weeks now and today he came to install 2 new parts and broke a third. So now our dishwasher is still not working and we?ll be going with Bosch directly to see if they can repair it. The Technician told me I would be able to get our money back for the parts we paid for, which is over $650 , but I would need to ring the office to get them to issue the refund. I called the office telling the lady what had happened and she hung up on me. So rude , unprofessional and disappointing. DO NOT USE this company. "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"After being abrupt and rude to my wife over the phone, Jeff showed up to look at our fridge that had stopped dispensing water and making ice. He fiddled with the (brand new) filter for a minute, showed me that the plastic tip had somehow been chewed up and said it needed to be replaced. After looking at the water lines for a few minutes, he concluded that the water line must be frozen and we should empty the fridge to let the line in the door thaw out. (We've subsequently had a real repairman in to diagnose and resolve the issue.) So for 15 minutes of Jeff's time and no actual solution, we're out his $100 fee and had to replace the $50 filter again. Not recommended."
