"Request service via phone. Person who took order was very pleasant. Suggest she does include details in her notes. On day of service, two men arrived and were in the house for less than an hour. There were a few tough spots but general overall cleaning was not what I had expected. They didn't get near floor boards or behind doors. I expected more as this was a referral from a close friend as well."

"I cant say enough about Lee. I had another contractor tile my master bath and they cut the carpet too short to meet the new transition to the master bedroom (as well as another closet transition). The other contractor just nailed the carpet down and left (after hiding under tape telling me not to remove the tape for a few days). Once I figured out what happened, I searched Angies List to find someone to repair it. Lee came out the next day and told me he could fix it. He offered me a good price to go ahead and fix it while on site and based on the price and his reviews, I went ahead. He fixed both transitions perfectly. Additionally, he walked around and fixed some of the broken grout due to a poor job by my other contractor. When he left, the space looked like it was supposed to when the other contractor left. "The previous owner's of this home were part-time residents and had allowed the home to become quite musty and mildewed in their absence.  Acting upon a friend's recommendation, I called Paul Davis for an estimate and James came out that same day.  He inspected the house with me, identifying the mildew problem areas and the sources of the musty odors.  The price for everything that was proposed was quite reasonable and the work took place a few days later.  Day one consisted of cleaning all the vents and duct work, followed by fogging of the house.  The following morning the carpeting was deep cleaned.  The home is 2700 square feet, has two AC systems, 14 vents, associated air handlers, and six rooms with carpeting. Our house now sparkles and smells fresh and clean.  The carpeting looks and smells like it's brand new and there is not a hint of mold or mildew anywhere.  We couldn't be more pleased. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
