My apartment is chaotic - in the middle of a move, and largely unrenovated- he was truly pleasant about working in the dark, working in a mess, etc. When one of the ceiling lights would not attach to the ceiling because of an incompatible connection between old and new- late on a Friday afternoon he offered to go out of his way to go over to Lowes and get the part that would allow him to install the lamp!! And he did! I cannot recommend him highly enough."
