The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done. He went beyond the original description and replaced and painted some broken shingles at the roof line. His assistant walked around the yard, picking up tiny pieces of debris and leaving our yard immaculate."
