Despite a contractual 20-year warranty, Sean ignored all my messages and even a police inquiry. His listed ?home and business addresses? are only mailboxes, seemingly to avoid accountability. The project also involved a roof replacement that ended up costing nearly triple a typical price. Midway through, he said my roof plywood was below code, and that I needed major attic reconstruction, including rebuilding all of the roof valleys. The reconstruction turned out to be quite limited. I believe he overcharged by tens of thousands. He first underquoted, then added thousands once work began on the foundation project. Sean is in breach of contract and warranty."

I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time.
