"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

When I spoke to Renee he quoted me a reasonable fee which was a fraction of what I was quoted by the other service The job required more than the work and took considerably longer than expected because of the location the raccoons had decided to nest. Renee stuck with it and was able to get the raccoons out of our attic. He was incredibly communicative and professional throughout the process. "The crew came out on time, friendly and professional. They checked where we thought there was a bee hive on the outside of the house, but found no hive. They went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside as well. Explaining their work as they went. I really liked the fact that they relocate the bees instead of kill them. ultimately they said the bees we saw were probably scouts looking to start a new hive, but we were in the clear. The company refused to bill me for the service call. Would definitely hire them again!"
