They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"I had an unethical and aggressively unsettling experience with Mike Graham Heating & Air a few years ago after my father died and a person squatted in house and ruined his home and AC unit. I live down in Houston. Dad?s house was in W Falls. I hired this company and was charged $5,500 for what I was told was a Carrier unit, but a lower-value Bryant unit was installed instead. When I realized the overcharge, I provided written comps and asked for a refund of the nearly $2,000 overcharge. The company chose to remove the unit altogether. After taking back the equipment, they did not issue a full refund. They only returned the $1,700 overcharge, but not the complete about for the actual unit cost, leaving me out approximately $4,000 AC with nothing to show for it.
