By the time I called Lori at the office, I had given up on trying to water it with a hose and watering attachment, which covered about as much outside of the lawn as on. Lee came out and marked where the sprinklers should go. Then I had to call the city and other utilities who may have buried lines or wires in that area, via the 811 service. After everyone gave their OK, Lee and his crew came out to dig the ditches and install the valves, pipes and sprinklers. When it was all done, I was truly impressed how accurate the coverage is and how little water ends up outside the grass area. I had a dry spot in my winter grass and they came back to make a small adjustment, to cover it better, but the main reason for that had been a lack of seeds in that area. They have the science down to a t, on how to cover an irregular shape and choose the right sprinklers (angle and distance) and it's fun to watch the experts at work.
