"We really appreciated the service.  We had been going around for several weeks with Samsung authorized repair out of the Phoenix area (as our unit was two months out of warranty).  They fixed nothing over a four week period.   When we spoke with Frost on the phone and explained the problem, we were told he could most likely determine the difficulty from our explanation, but  he would be happy to check it out with no charge to us if the refrigerator could not be fixed.    We all decided the repair cost would not be worth it.  Apparently our problem was from a well-known design issue with bottom freezer refrigerators.  (Samsung has since upped the warranty on this type of refrigerator to 10 years.)  Frost did not charge us for the service call.  We appreciated their professionalism and would definitely use them for any repairs."

"Great, Barbara is awesome, service was scheduled immediately, he was actually early for our appt.  Fixed my maytag washer in no time,   my dryer is not working right, he took a look at it and told me exactly what was wrong, no additional charge, it is  not vented properly. . He was a wealth of info on many different appliances, a/c etc. <br /> great customer service, knowledgable, takes care of business,  will definately be my go to company from now on.  very hard to find honorable, reputable service people nowdays, but this company definately is all of the above and then some <br />"

"Mark, James are great plumbers worked together give us detail analysis of the problem and repair estimate. They are very polite, professional, and honest. Even told us if they have any promotion and money saving options. They called before arrival, explained clearly, and also took the time to test and look for any related issues. I am very pleased with their service."

"On a super hot summer day, our air conditioner started to stutter and then stopped working. I called Magic Touch Mechanical when it seem to be stuttering and they told me that someone would be in touch within an hour. Within the hour Peter Garcia called and indicated that he would be at our home in about an hour. Within that short interval of time, our air conditioner stopped working altogether. Peter came to our home in about an hour from calling, quickly diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. He had to go out to get some parts, but was back quickly and finished the job. Within about 4 1/2 hours of our initial call, our air conditioner was repaired! Peter Garcia was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and had a kind and clear way of explaining what happened, why it happened and what needed to be done to fix it. We also learned that we can request Peter Garcia for future issues! Hopefully we won’t have to call again, but if we do, we are grateful to know that Peter is there to help."
