"We really appreciated the service.  We had been going around for several weeks with Samsung authorized repair out of the Phoenix area (as our unit was two months out of warranty).  They fixed nothing over a four week period.   When we spoke with Frost on the phone and explained the problem, we were told he could most likely determine the difficulty from our explanation, but  he would be happy to check it out with no charge to us if the refrigerator could not be fixed.    We all decided the repair cost would not be worth it.  Apparently our problem was from a well-known design issue with bottom freezer refrigerators.  (Samsung has since upped the warranty on this type of refrigerator to 10 years.)  Frost did not charge us for the service call.  We appreciated their professionalism and would definitely use them for any repairs."

"Great, Barbara is awesome, service was scheduled immediately, he was actually early for our appt.  Fixed my maytag washer in no time,   my dryer is not working right, he took a look at it and told me exactly what was wrong, no additional charge, it is  not vented properly. .
