"I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews.  They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant.  Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home.  She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete.  I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target.  I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone.  His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice.  We have since called them back for additional work.  Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do.  However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price.  I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again!

He worked in my repair to his schedule the very next day. He was more than reasonable in his pricing and being out of state at the time it was nice to work with someone who I could trust to give access to the house and to be honest about repair costs. They very quickly diagnosed the problems with our 14-year old washer (two circuit boards and a support strut) and recommended that given its age, we consider buying a new unit. Because they found the problem so quickly, they even waived the normal diagnostic fee, simply asking that we call them in the future! Simply can't get any better response and service!"
