So they came back out and switched out the gasket which they hadn't done with the initial rebuild. This required a little extra work of draining the tank which hadn't been done the first time. The toilet was running again within days, They came back out and replaced the tower with a higher quality one at no additional charge. It's been a couple weeks now and the toilet seems good now. My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's."

He and Scott showed up, listened to my story then went to work. It took no time at all for Robert to pull up what looked like a very large clump of fiber. No hint as to what that was but it's gone now and my drain is working as it should. Before they left, Robert cleaned up the gunk that inevitably spills on the work area and I think it's cleaner than when he started. Thank you to All Star Plumbing for being responsive and getting the job done for me. Prices are reasonable as well which is icing on the cake!"
