He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements. Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit. (Yes you can spend a lot more money to get a unit that lasts longer.) I was comfortable with my purchase, confident of the install and will recommend Al to anyone looking for a plumber."

Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
