I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. "The crew did an excellent job. They were on time, neat, and courteous. The project foreman was present throughout the job except for Saturday. They ran over a day but finished the job on the weekend to accommodate my schedule. I was very impressed! When the job was over, they left the house neat, replaced all furniture, helped me re-hang window treatments, and did a walk-through with me through the entire house to make sure all trim-work was finished and everything had been cleaned up to my satisfaction. I was overall very impressed!"

Installed a new vent fan in one bathroom and replaced light switches in garage. Quality work and would request Bill when in need of any additional handyman services. "I called around 3:45 and was told by nice man on the phone he could get someone out between 4p-7p the same day. I was pleasantly surprised by a call from Louis at 5:15 saying he was 15 minutes away. He was clean cut and professional. He listened attentively, gave me his opinion and estimated cost ($300, for possible freon leak) and went up to check. He came back down 15 minutes later saying it was simply an issue of the duct being unscrewed where the cold air gets blown through into the house. He screwed the part back in place for no charge, recommended I get the unit serviced in the fall after the summer head, and left before 6pm. I paid $0 for this painless process. My AC is now much cooler than it had been for weeks. My unit was under labor warranty from the previous owner, but it would have been $80 for the visit. Honestly, for something as vital as an AC unit, that seems reasonable. Other places were charging as much as $145 for an after hours visit, meaning after 5pm on weekdays. Well when else would the unit go out, of course?!? I was completely satisfied. Louis was attentive, respectful and upfront with estimated costs. I will be using them for my unit service in the fall."
