"Great job and great overall experience. During the whole process he made one bad cut on a handrail that could be seen and he tried his best to fix it. We were satisfied with the fix. Then, TWO YEARS LATER that cut started to fall apart due to weather. I called him back and within a week he was back at our house fixing the problem.
