"Although there were a few hiccups, all were resolved to our satisfaction. We had a master bath remodel starting with the a new custom shower including a ceiling rain head, grab bar, and shower bench. In addition, we installed a new corner soaker tub with multiple jets. Trenedy installed both of them, and did an excellent job. The tub was finished with the tile of our choice on the front, around the sides and along the bathroom vanity. Both the shower and the tub results exceeded our expectations. Even with the hiccups Three Brothers did a quality job, and has great customer service - especially Brad. We highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"My Aunt Agnes had a friend over and they almost fell through the floor they originally hired some jack of all trades to fix her floor I guess you get what you pay for. Why hire a jack when you can hire a King. These guys were fantastic they were professional polite and made my aunt feel very comfortable wile they were working in her home. 10 out of 10. "The installers did a great job installing both the windows and doors. Very clean and professional installation. The only negative would be a miscommunication on window function. We initially looked at a Pella vinyl window that had a night latch which we liked. These were west and south facing windows so we wanted to go with something more durable and decided on Pella fiberglass windows. When we asked if the fiberglass model had all the same features, we were told by TVE yes. However, these particular windows apparently don't come with a night latch. The double hungs were also somewhat difficult to close both upper and lower windows. TVE called the Pella rep and asked them to set up a review with us to check function and to see if anything could be done to add a night latch. I very much appreciated TVE's proactive approach on this relatively minor issue."
