"Alex was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the unique situation three other technicians from other companies failed to resolve. He was able to assess and recognize the repair needed without the unnecessary upsale, and took care of the problem, without any trouble or mess within minutes. I will definitely be calling RighTime Home Services / Rescue Rooter again."

"Ben responded quickly after we had been waiting almost 2 years (no joke) for another local reputable well company to finish repairing our well. His prices were fair and his work was completed within a week. He s the best out there and really knows what he s doing as the scope of our project was a little complex. We should have called him a long time ago! Thanks Ben!"

"Hector did a well site evaluation. He is professional and he understands that I know very little about pump systems. I would recommend him. Very reasonable price."

"Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging.
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day.  The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.

"The service went well. There were no leaks that were found by the inspection. I thought it was a good deal, but I do not think I would purchase a deal for this type of service again. The technician was very thorough, polite and came out on time. I had no issues with scheduling."

"Scheduling was quick and easy. Their customer service was good. Because they had to cut some holes in the wall to install some lights, they had to charge an additional $100. The costs didn’t seem exorbitant, but it was a little bit of a surprise they charged additional to cut the holes. They did not say there could be these additional costs before when I had purchased the deal. They completed the work in about three hours and cleaned up well. One of the bulbs that the service agent brought was bad. He was supposed to come back and bring another, but he has not. Also, they were going to follow up with me regarding a drywall repair referral, but they have not gotten back to me. I think I have tried to contact them once regarding this. Everything else is fine. I have no complaints about the quality of the work."

"The job went great. They were on time and on budget. Very professional and courteous, and if a situation arose I was informed of any setbacks or hidden costs prior to the repair. An excellent job, I would definitely use them in the future for my plumbing repairs."

"EZ Flow Plumbing was not the first company we contacted. we had a number of companies some out to address our problem and quote me an outrageous number to fix the problem. BUT, EZ Flow Plumbing was the most honest, affordable and reliable company!
After the initial appointment of finding the roots and clearing them out of the pipes they were very honest with telling me that if we don't fix this problem that it will come back and it will come back worse. They located the breakage in the pipe that was allowing the roots to come through and they told me my options. After speaking with my husband, we decided to do ahead and have them fix the problem. Brian and Jordan cleared the schedule for the next day and started the project. They dug a 3' x 2' hole in the garage above the problem pipe and were able to fix the piping put salt down to prevent the roots from growing back. They also refilled the hole and re-cemented the area.
After everything was fixed, covered and put back together they left and said if I was having any issues to call. Well, I did notice that my toilet (that had been sitting in the garage for a couple weeks) was leaking from under the tank. This was technically an unrelated issue, but I called them and they said they would come the next day to fix the issue at no additional charge. The problem ended up being something else (another washer to be replaced) so they had to come back yet again the following day once they had the right part.
They went above and beyond what they should have and I am truly happy with the services they provided. I have a working downstairs bathroom without breaking the bank. I have piping in the ground that I hope wont break for years and years to come. And I now have a Plumbing service that I totally trust and will rely on for future jobs.

FAQs for well pump repair or service projects in Wildomar, CA

A standard well inspection begins with a visual inspection of the pump, casing, storage tank, and wiring, followed by flow rate tests and laboratory-based water sampling. The goal is to confirm that every part meets safety standards and to identify any necessary repairs before they become expensive. An inspector will also test your water quality for substances such as volatile organic compounds and any local containment concerns.

Book a licensed, insured well specialist for your inspection. Many well‑pump contractors also hold inspection credentials. They’ll bring the right tools to assess the pump, wiring, and water quality, and provide you with a clear report on any necessary fixes. Before you hire, confirm their license, insurance, and recent customer reviews.

Plan on a full well inspection every year. You’ll also want one any time the cap comes off, after septic repairs, or if flooding occurs. Annual tests look for total and fecal coliform; every two years, the lab should screen for metals and nitrates, and every five years for VOCs and pesticides. If you’re buying a home with a private well, it’s essential to schedule a pre-purchase inspection.

With routine care, most wells supply clean water for up to 40 years. Lifespan depends on the type and how well you protect it. To help it reach the maximum lifespan, keep hazardous products far from the casing, ensure the cap stays sealed, schedule yearly inspections, and address problems as soon as they appear. Good habits keep the system healthy and the water safe.

The average cost of well repairs ranges from $100 to $2,800. Your final bill depends on which part—pump, pressure tank, casing, or piping—needs attention and the level of complexity involved in the repair. A thorough inspection identifies the problem, allowing you to budget accurately and avoid paying for unnecessary parts or services.
