" I decided to go with Shane even though he was about $70 above his competition. The reason being is he explained to me that he used professional equipments with extremely accurate and guaranteed results which means a lot to me. I had a family member suffering from multiple health issues due to what we suspected was high levels of mold in the home and Shane was able to confirm this. Also FYI people if you live in an apartment complex you may have to pay out of pockets but can get reimbursed when he sends you back the results and you show it to your apartment complex. It also led to them having to remediate the mold and my family member is slowly recovering. Thank you so much!"

"I contacted 3 different companies, and this is the only one that I recommend. Our salesman Kent Tysinger was wonderful. He was the only one that showed us pictures of our house underneath it. He even called me one night after his working houses to answer my question. He recommended what would work and he was correct. It took less than a week for the job to be started. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."

My mind was made up when they came out for a site inspection and quote for mold removal/remediation and removal of the accursed popcorn ceiling Mr. Vierheller and his son were straight forward, personable and knew what they were talking about. They answered all of my questions and offered insights into related issues. They were thorough, and really took their time inspecting not only the bathroom where the work was to done, but the adjoining laundry, sunroom, and walk-in closet, explaining how mold starts, thrives, how to prevent it and what to look out for. Everything was explained clearly and all communication was very prompt. They did an outstanding job, far exceeding the time estimate, and remaning true to the quote. The mudding that needed to be removed was far more than anticipated or ordinarily applied. Truly, a Herculean task! Mr. Vierheller's son led the small crew and his attitude was the kind I seek in friends - it's got to get done and we're going to do it. The guy's got chops! This company is awesome.
