I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! "The initial work of replacing fascia, soffits and gutters was done professionally and quickly. For that they rate four stars. However, there was a repair that needed to be fixed. Repeated requests, over the past several months by email, text, and phone, have received little to no response. The repair is still not completed."

They were very open about my windows and gave me info on how to get them repaired under my warranty instead of just offering their own services. They also helped me along the way to deal with my insurance company which initially denied my claim. I know for a fact that I would not have gotten my roof covered without their help. They were very friendly, down-to-earth, courteous, accommodating, and fast to respond. My entire roof got and skylight got replaced in just one day, and it looks perfect."
