"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."

"These men were very professional and did exactly what I asked for in my home plus more. The pricing for the work completed was affordable. I will definitely recommend PPS if you need any work done in your home or within a facility."

"I hired Elson and his team for a bathroom remodel of my mother’s home. They did a fabulous job. He was very communicative during the entire process and the cost was reasonable. I need to renovate my mother’s kitchen and will definitely call them again."

"Steve Tart (the son from Steve and Sons) returned my initial call quickly and came out to give me an estimate as requested. I was on a tight time frame because I am leaving the area and wanted to take care of this work beforehand so I won't have to worry. Once I decided to hire him, he went out of his way to schedule my small project - replacing the horrifically leaky downspout and cleaning the gutter. He came out when he promised, with all the required materials and tools. My dow spout is now complete and the work was done beautifully! I'm actually hoping for a storm so I can "see" how well it works! Steve is personable, easy to work with, and does great work. I couldn't ask for more! He is now officially my go to guy for any future work or any issues that crop up."

"Mr. Raneri was very responsive and communicative during the whole renovation process. His team of workers were efficient and competent. I would certainly recommend his business."

"I appreciate TS construction. They do very neat work and they can be trusted.. Moni. the supervisor is very caring and concerned about the work his people do. I believe you will get good work from this company."

"Joe absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have a leather sofa and recliner that has never been cleaned in 10 years. And because they are leather - both items needed to be cleaned entirely by hand. Joe spent three very manually intensive hours cleaning every inch of the front, back, and sides of every nook and cranny, every cushion - and the results are absolutely impressive. As a principal partner in his business Joe could have easily sent somebody else with less experience to do this very hands-on job. But I really appreciate the fact that he wanted it done right the first time - and is the kind of business owner very willing to roll up his sleeves and do the work himself. Without hesitation I highly recommend his work. He was on time, on budget, and it was a pleasure to converse with someone who really knows his business and is a clearly a very humble and honest guy as well."
