"I am very happy with the service and especially the price. The cost of re-roofing depends on the area of your roof and I wish more Angie's List reviews would quote the area of their roofs. My roof is 28 squares (2800 square-feet) and they used 31 squares of shingles; there is waste due to cut edges, valleys, and ridge vents. They left me 1 extra bundle for future repairs (3 bundles = 1 square = 100 square-feet). I got 4 other estimates ranging from $6,800 to $8,600 and one of those said my roof area was over 35 squares! So, GET MANY ESTIMATES to avoid being overcharged). I'm very happy for an honest job at a fair price, but perhaps I got an October special price? For $6000, I don't mind if I might find a few shingles here and there in my yard in the next few weeks (but in a week I have found none).
The owner and his daughter met with me for over half-an-hour for the estimate and to explain the details. The owner came around about two times each day and I called him several times. Each time he responded quickly and answered my questions. There was a crew of 4 main workers that did the heavy-duty roofing with 2 others to help pass out shingles and clean up. But everyone would pitch in to do what was necessary.

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. "I am very happy with the work done by JB construction.  The company came by and gave me an estitimate on two projects I was contemplating.  One of the projects I used my coupon on.  The other project was also done but paid him his normal rate.  I found the company completed the job in a very timely manner.  They even adjusted a few things that only took minutes that I was (or was not) aware of but had not asked him to do!  I was very, very appreciative of that.  They were very courteous and kept me updated on the status of the projects and their recommendations when I asked questions / opinions.  They were always prompt (on time).  I would definately recommend this service and know who to call when I need handyman services in the future.  Thank you!"
