"Great customer service. Mike Lewis helped us every step of the process."

"We are very pleased with the outcome of our bathroom remodel. The contractor, Nate was very responsive from my initial request for quote, explained the labor/cost on his bid. Price was very reasonable compared to other contractors, if I even heard back from some. Love our new bathroom and thanks to Nate for all his hard work and dedication to bring our vision to reality."

"Very good at what they do. Also super respectful, they worked until they got the job done and they did great! I recommend them with a 10/10"

"Dillion was prompt, friendly, and honest with estimates. He provided an itemized Bill of Materials that he updated as the project progressed and to support changes that I requested. Their estimates were in range with my own estimates for the region. Dillion, B.J., and Brandon are professional, hard working, a pleasure to be around, and I would hire them again."

"

Very detail oriented, quick responses to our questions and building choices.

Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.

"My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. I am completely satisfied with the quality of service that I received from CSI, and I would recommend this company to anyone in Kentucky who is having issues with the their home's foundation or issues with any type of leaks in your basement. CSI can be reached at (888) 857-0007, or at CSI4385@gmail.com. P.S. Tell'em dat "Big Wes" sent'chu. OORAH!!"
